In order to maintain a good platform order and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, this "User Usage Rules" (hereinafter referred to as "these rules") are specially formulated. Please read and comply with these rules carefully before using this platform.

I. Basic Obligations of Users

Legal Use: Users shall comply with national laws and regulations and shall not use this platform to engage in any illegal, irregular, or infringing activities against the legitimate rights and interests of others.
True Information: Users shall provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering, publishing information, and using this platform's services, and shall not forge, fabricate, or impersonate others' information.

II. Norms for Recruiters

True Recruitment: Recruiters shall ensure that the job information they publish is true and legal, and shall not publish false, misleading, or discriminatory content.
Prohibition of Redirecting: Recruiters shall not guide job seekers to leave this platform for communication or transactions by publishing contact information, QR codes, links, etc.
Information Update: Recruiters shall timely update job information to ensure its timeliness and accuracy.
Prohibition of Charging: Recruiters shall not charge job seekers any fees, including but not limited to registration fees, training fees, deposits, etc.

III. Norms for Job Seekers

True Job Seeking: Job seekers shall ensure that the resume information they provide is true and accurate, and shall not forge educational background, work experience, etc.
Reasonable Application: Job seekers shall reasonably choose positions to apply for based on their own conditions and job-seeking intentions, avoiding malicious applications or harassment of recruiters.
Prohibition of Redirecting: Job seekers shall not guide recruiters to leave this platform for communication or transactions by publishing contact information, QR codes, links, etc.

IV. Prohibited Behaviors

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors while using this platform:

Publishing information containing obscene, pornographic, violent, terrorist, gambling, fraud, pyramid selling, and other illegal content;
Publishing information containing discriminatory, insulting, defamatory, threatening, and other inappropriate content;
Using this platform to engage in activities unrelated to recruitment and job seeking, such as advertising promotion, product sales, etc.;
Using automated tools for batch operations without authorization, such as batch submitting resumes, sending messages, etc.;
Scraping, copying, or disseminating the content or data of this platform without permission;
Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations or the provisions of this platform.

V. Violation Handling

For users who violate these rules, this platform has the right to take one or more of the following measures based on the severity of the circumstances:

Warning or reminder;
Restricting or suspending the use of certain functions;
Freezing or canceling accounts;
Reporting illegal activities to relevant authorities.

VI. Supplementary Provisions

These rules shall take effect from the date of publication and apply to all users of this platform.
This platform has the right to modify these rules based on operational needs and changes in laws and regulations, and to notify users through platform announcements, emails, or other means. The modified rules shall take effect from the date of publication, and users' continued use of this platform's services shall be deemed acceptance of the modified rules.
